Employers’ Liability insurance is the only insurance that companies with employees and/or limited companies are required to have by Law, as per the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969.

The employers’ liability insurance is to protect employers against claims for damages brought by employees. An employer may incur legal liability to an employee who, while serving under a contract of service, sustains bodily injury or illness which arises out of and in the course of that employment.
