Since its establishment in 1996 GH Insurance Services has specialised in providing long distance and local cruising yacht insurance cover whilst concentrating on providing a friendly, efficient and above all competitive service which has lead to continued success within the yacht department and has been recognised within the sailing community. In addition to this GH has designed exclusive travel policies, the Yachtsman’s Single, Classic and Gold, all with the sailing community in mind to cater for single and multi trip voyages. Using our special relationships with first class insurers, including Lloyds of London we are able to provide quotes for all types and sizes of yacht and motor boats, whether for private and pleasure or chartering use. The close relationships we hold with various underwriters means we are able to accommodate your long or short range cruising requirements. Whether you are cruising in local waters, an Atlantic/Pacific crossing or even a circumnavigation, we have the ability to approach underwriters and negotiate competitive terms. Since 1997 we have maintained a close partnership with Blue Water Rallies and more recently the Ocean Cruising Club. These relationships have enabled us to understand and identify the specific needs of long distance cruising and, as a result, we now specialize in providing specific cover for ocean going and blue water cruising.
